About the Role:
The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for managing field sales and providing after-sales technical support to B2B clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting company products, and ensuring smooth installation, servicing, and performance of equipment. This position plays a key role in driving business growth while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in target markets.
2. Promote and present company products/solutions to prospective clients.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and negotiations.
5. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including inquiry handling, quotation, and order finalization.
6. Oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at client sites.
7. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and timely after-sales support.
8. Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, and finance) for smooth order execution.
9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree/biploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
2. 2+Years of experience in industrial/B2B sales and service (manufacturing or
3. engineering industry preferred).
4. Strong technical understanding of products and ability to explain solutions to clients.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and service support.
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
