Job Title: Sales Coordinator
About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the backend sales team, responsible for order processing, invoicing, and ensuring smooth shipment coordination. This position serves as the link between clients, internal teams, and delivery partners to make sure orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Book new orders and generate accurate invoices
Track shipment clearances and coordinate with dispatch teams
Follow up with delivery teams and ensure timely order fulfillment
Share daily order updates and pending action summaries
Communicate with clients and sales personnel via WhatsApp, calls, and email
Maintain and update Excel trackers and documentation systems
Assist the Team Lead in resolving client queries or delivery issues
Ensure all records, updates, and communication are accurate and timely
Support in backend coordination to maintain operational flow
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or Business preferred)
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or backend operations
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (Mandatory)
Good multitasking abilities and fast computing speed
Clear, courteous, and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
