Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: MIDC Andheri (E), Mumbai.

Terms: Full-time

About the Role:

Support the day-to-day marketing engine across the company. You’ll coordinate briefs and timelines, run checklists, keep trackers and dashboards updated, and prepare on-time reports for senior review. Function: BAU (Business-as-Usual) coordination, review checkpoints, analytics/reporting support, content/SEO operations support.

Responsibilities:

BAU coordination & stakeholder support

1) Schedule weekly WIPs (work-in-progress) and daily stand-ups; capture MoMs (minutes of meeting) and action items, maintain and update trackers.

2) Coordinate with vendors (designers, video editors, printers, freelancers) using approved SOWs (statements of work), timelines, and delivery checklists.

Review checkpoints & QA (quality assurance)

3) Follow the gated review flow: Brief → First Cut → Internal QA → Brand/Claim Review → Final QC/Go-Live.

4) Run checklists, manage version control/asset logs, and route approvals to the right stakeholders.

Data & reporting (support role)

5) Maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Looker Studio dashboards that are set up by a senior.

6) Ensure UTM (campaign) tags follow the naming standard; keep the campaign registry up to date.

7) Prepare the weekly snapshot by T+2 business days and the monthly pack by T+3 business days (drafts to seniors by T+1/T+2 respectively).

Content & SEO operations support

8) Prepare & Maintain a 6-week content calendar (owners, due dates, status); collect inputs from shop-floor/teams; share clean briefs with design.

9) Support the SEO executive with keyword sheets, on-page checklists (titles/H1/meta/internal links), publishing QA, and indexation follow-ups in GSC.

10) Make minor last-mile edits in Canva/Figma when required (copy swaps, exports, resizes).

Compliance & governance

11) Keep brand-guideline adherence, logo/claim usage, and approvals register tidy; escalate exceptions early.

Candidate Requirements:

1) 1–3 years in client servicing, project coordination, or digital marketing operations (brand or agency).

2) Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (editing/refreshing), basic Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Excel/Sheets (filters, pivots)(knowing VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is preferred).

3) Clear written and verbal communication; crisp briefs and status updates.

4) Strong organization and attention to detail (checklists, version control, formatting).

Good To Have

· Canva/Figma literacy for minor edits and export specs.

· Basic paid reporting (exporting from LinkedIn/Meta/Google Ads and mapping to UTMs).

· Familiarity with manufacturing/B2B environments and long sales cycles.
