Job Title: HR Head

About the Role

Precious Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function for our manufacturing operations. The role requires strong expertise in HR strategy, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and people management, with the ability to align HR practices with business objectives and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.

Act as a strategic partner to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Build a positive, performance-driven, and compliant work culture.

  1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, staff, and leadership positions.

Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

  1. HR Operations

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, files, and HR documentation.

Supervise payroll processing in coordination with Accounts/Finance.

  1. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

Design and manage performance appraisal systems.

Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

  1. Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including:

PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, PT

Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act

Handle labor audits, inspections, and coordination with government authorities.

Manage industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries when required.

  1. HR Policies & Process Improvement

Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Chemical / Engineering industry experience preferred.
